Verification is only as good as the fields it resolves. In Singapore, every company record carries these ACRA-anchored fields — UEN, entity status, incorporation date, directors, paid-up capital and official SSIC code, each traceable to an official filing. Across Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand, records carry firmographic and contact fields from public filings and licensed partners.

Business-contact information — a name, business email, office line, job title, company affiliation — is largely exempt from the PDPA's Do Not Call provisions. That exemption is generally the legal foundation of B2B prospecting here, and The Grid's business-contact data is built to sit inside it — general information, not legal advice.

An exemption is not a licence to be careless. Our records centre on business lines and business emails, and we hold a hard line between business-contact data and personal data — so outreach built on The Grid stays DNC-aware by default.

Registry and partner data enters The Grid under licence and is credited according to each source's terms.
