The Firm
Charles Morgan & Associates was established in November 2011 in Myrtleford by principal Charles Morgan.
Charles has lived and worked in North East Victoria since 1994.
We expanded our firm by opening a Wangaratta office in 2013, and have visited Wodonga weekly since 2011.
We can also see clients in Melbourne, where we have an office convenient for the Courts.
From 1 January 2018, Wendy Couzens became a principal in the firm, and ‘Charles Morgan & Associates’ became ‘Morgan Couzens Legal’.
Locations
Charles is based at our Wangaratta office and attends our Myrtleford office once per week and at other times by appointment.
Wendy is based at our Wangaratta office.
Charles and Wendy attend our Wodonga office on alternate Thursdays.
Accredited Specialist
Charles has been accredited as a specialist in workplace relations with the Law Institute of Victoria since 2004.
Charles is the only such specialist in Victoria outside Melbourne and Geelong.
Charles practises in employment law, commercial matters, commercial litigation, wills and probate and family law.
