We believe there’s nothing wrong with talking and discussing mental health Issues, infact, on the contrary we should speak about it and address what we can so to help those who would otherwise lead themselves to depression and suicide. It’s time these important issues be raised and discussed openly. Be bold and talk about it as you have no idea who needs help. You dont choose to fall prey to mental illness or emotional imbalance, sadly these illnesses chooses you when youre most vulnerable. So together with YHOW, lets make that bold move, talk about and address these issues openly and safe some people from their tangled web of destruction.
