SAPOT provides mental health services through Malaysia’s first accredited peer supporters’ (i.e., SAPOT Warriors) platform. Accredited peer supporters are recovered mental health survivors trained to provide psychosocial support to others. Therefore, making mental healthcare more empathetic, relatable and accessible. We offer both in-person and online peer support sessions, talks, workshops, HRDC-claimable trainings, self-care events, and CSR programs.
Our vision is to build an empowering, relatable, and trustworthy mental health platform that supports people at every stage of their journey. We provide an end-to-end digital support system combining peer support, self-help tools, and guided pathways that help people manage mental wellbeing early and seek professional help when needed. These offerings aim to reduce the intimidation of discussing mental health struggles while strengthening interpersonal and community bonds.
