For-purpose Legal and Consulting Practice founded by Karen Iles.
We are focused on working with our clients to find solutions and make an impact through good governance, strategy, corporate responsibility and the law. We work both businesses and not-for-profit organisations. In doing so we aspire to make a tangible difference to our client's core business, and the lives of women and Indigenous peoples.
As a social enterprise Violet Co is a signatory to the National Pro Bono target and has its own dedicated social impact program.
