The Regional Economic Development Foundation is a non-profit entity based on Social Entrepreneurship which is officially registered with a notarial deed no. 09 dated April 16, 2019, and registered in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights with the number AHU 006325.AH.04 2019. We use REDEF as our brand. Our institution focuses on activities that are closely related to the context of regional economic development, especially in several development issues such as the MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises), Women empowerment, people living with disabilities, the artist community, sustainable production and consumption, and the environment protection. Our Vission is to build the competence of business actors, especially at the micro and small level so that they are able to compete and develop in an era full of challenges and dynamics, especially in facing the digital era and economic recovery due to the pandemic. We also strive to promote equality for women, people with disabilities, artist communities, and environmental activists so that they can have space and a role in economic development. Our Mission contribute to the development of the national economy through increasing the knowledge and competence of related economic actors or stakeholders in a comprehensive and sustainable approach. We have worked wholeheartedly in various improvement competence programs for MSMEs, people living with disabilities (PLWD), and the artist community with the following institutions. The REDEF's founders are coming from different experience backgrounds and have more than 15 years of experience in their respective fields. There are 5 founders and their Heterogeneous experience and competency background builds the institution's vision and mission, becoming richer in the perspective of regional economic development which is the main goal of REDEF.
