Palestine Australia Relief and Action (PARA) helps Palestinian migrants and refugees live safe, happy, and fulfilling lives in Australia.

We provide support for Palestinians to settle in Australia and achieve their full potential, free from the barriers created by conflict and displacement.

Founded and led by Palestinians, our mission is to centre, strengthen and empower Palestinian voices.

We support Palestinian migrants and refugees by:

  • advocating for their needs at all levels of government
  • facilitating the financial aid, resources and advice needed for resettlement
  • creating partnerships between service providers, private sector organisations and the wider community, which meaningfully support and involve Palestinians
  • recognising and celebrating the role Palestinians play in enriching communities across Australia
  • delivering community engagement activities that celebrate and preserve our diverse culture and deepen feelings of inclusion and belonging.
