OoOdleLishious is a business with a passion is for amazing Vietnamese food from the old country.
We have with a particular focus on noodles, but also featuring other unique Vietnamese dishes often not otherwise found in Australian restaurants and we cater for the needs of different events and services.
OoOdleLishious specialises in serving healthy, aromatic, and tasty Bun (rice noodle), Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) and Banh (Vietnamese baguettes) that is the essence of delicious Vietnamese delights - fragrant, fresh, tasty Vietnamese meals using classical ingredients which are accentuated by a variety of herbs and vegetables prominent in Vietnamese cooking.

We do not believe in gimmicks, twists, or fancy sells - just simple food with extraordinary flavours that embodies what Vietnamese food is well-known for.
Beyond the food, we believe and support sustainable and healthy living principles. Wherever possible we use recyclable and biodegradable packaging (should there be any other option??). We have gone to great length to engaged local sustainable produce suppliers where available, we source a variety of organic providers, and we have an extensive selection of organic herbs that we personally grow that form the basis of our fresh and explosive tastes. Just as if you were in Vietnam only better.
