Description
AYHC is an independent, non-profit and non-political registered Australian charity run by young people studying various disciplines. We are supported by the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences at the University of Melbourne. Our vision is to enable students to make a constructive difference to local and international health issues whilst encouraging them to strive for equity, empower themselves with knowledge, and engage others with respect.
Striving for equity:
We seek to identify and combat existing health inequities in the world with the aim of ensuring everyone has the same quality of outcome matched to their particular needs.

We strive to operate effectively and efficiently by acquiring knowledge of world-best practices with regard to approaching health issues, acting sustainably, and demonstrating integrity.
