Welcome to the first official Bangladesh Student Association at Macquarie University. Bangladeshi students have been known to study at Macquarie since 1980s. Even after 30 years there is no official association where students from Bangladesh studying here at Macquarie can unite.
We all remember the first few weeks of our university life when we were lost and had no clue of who to turn to for help. This group will surely make you feel right at home.
The group aims to provide certain facilities for international student studying at Macquarie.
- Representatives in each department of our university. This would ensure a supportive backbone for the Bangladeshi students to turn to for academic and various advice.
- Creating a bridge between the local and international Bangladeshi students
- Oppurtunities to meet and connect with Alumni and graduates who can share their valuable life experiences.
- Offers various cultural activities and most importantly delicious food..
