We are a team of passionate, trauma-informed therapists who provide counselling and psychology services for a range of mental health conditions and life issues. We have a special interest in EMDR Therapy for the treatment of trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We offer services for adults, kids, teenagers, couples and families in Croydon in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We are proud to be at the forefront of EMDR Therapy and offer traditional, intensive and group EMDR Therapy.
Our name, Mindful Living, reflects our commitment to helping people live mindful, fulfilling and purposeful lives. We provide a safe space in which to support our clients overcome the impact of trauma, experience meaningful life changes and achieve their goals.
