Description
We create bespoke designed experiential learning leadership workshop for organisations that have powerful impact and lasting outcomes. Learning the skills required to connect and lead horses creates deep insight for leaders of people. Key insights include the importance of being fully present, building trust, how to understand the impact of formal and informal power, the value of authentic communication, reading non verbal cues and adaptive leadership. The activities with the horses followed by the debrief supported by our skilled leadership development coaches and facilitators connect the dots about transferrable skills to the workplace (and in life).
There is no riding involved and participants do not need any horse experience. All interactions with the horses will be from the ground.
