John Street Elite (JSE) was a proudly independent clothing label, founded in Melbourne by Bruce Kain in 2013 - 2021. With an online store and sold in boutique bricks and mortar stores in 3 countries.
JSE was built around a vision to showcase what makes us happy, through our clothes. Simple as that.
Our inspiration came from the simple things in life. Homegrown, handpicked, handcrafted goodness. From the original art that drives our aesthetic, to the artists that we choose to collaborate with. Photography, travel, music, food & most importantly, you lovely people. Our family, friends and complete strangers.
