Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja atau yang biasa disebut dengan HIMATEKK3 merupakan salah satu Organisasi Mahasiswa Eksekutif yang berada di Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya (PPNS). HIMATEKK3 pertama kali berdiri pada tanggal 18 Mei 2005 dan menjadi bagian dari Keluarga Mahasiswa PPNS (KM PPNS) yang selanjutnya disebut dengan HIMATEKK3 PPNS.
