Brand profile · Non-profit Organizations
HAKAM Youth runs a Non-profit Organizations operation from Kuala Lumpur. It is a nonprofit, and its site is facebook.com. It holds one address on record, all in Malaysia. Headcount on record is 3. The record links seven similar brands, most of them in Law Practice.
The idea of a youth wing of the National Human Rights Society (HAKAM) was borne out of the 2019 HAKAM Annual General Meeting. The members of HAKAM felt a need to encourage the younger generation of Malaysia to uphold human rights. When word got around that HAKAM Youth is coming into being, a team of spirited individuals from various universities came together to combine their strengths and experiences as leaders of their own institutions to push for positive change within the youths of Malaysia, forming what will soon be HAKAM Youth.
This group wishes to initiate projects for which they have a passion that relates to human rights. Instead of tackling things from top-down, they are to plant the seeds of change at the grassroot level.
