Framework Psychology works with adults and older adolescents (15+) experiencing a variety of mental health issues or life challenges.
In-person appointments are available in Kew East, Victoria. Our services are available by telehealth, Australia-wide.
Our team apply a range of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailored to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.
