Incorporated on August 15, 1991, CAMEL was initially engaged in the design and manufacturing of electric fans. With an emphasis on quality, efficiency, research and development, CAMEL became successful in gaining a significant market share within a short period of time. As demand for CAMEL products increased, it expanded its home appliance line to include items such as washing machines, industrial fans, microwave ovens, rice cookers & gas stoves. In the year 2015, CAMEL cooling products such as refrigerators & freezers were successfully launched.
CAMEL aims to establish a comprehensive nationwide distribution network to promise a reliable, versatile and on-time delivery to its customers. The company initially established its Davao office to serve the Mindanao region. Following its success in capturing the Southern Philippine market, CAMEL’s Cebu office was set up to serve the Visayas region. Both its regional offices have their own sales force & distribution resources, trained to be highly responsive to its customer needs.
To create even more value to its consumers, CAMEL Appliances recognizes the need to provide them with better after-sales service. The company does this through an efficient pull-out and service system and the presence of various service centers in strategic locations nationwide. The company aims to strengthen its after-sales services by putting up more service centers in the years to come.
