The Australian Building Sustainability Association Limited (ABSA) is the peak Australian Accreditation Organisation (AAO) for Building Sustainability Assessors across Australia.
As a not-for-profit membership based Industry Association, ABSA provides advocacy, accreditation, continuing professional development, mentoring and Quality Assurance support to its members.
With environmental concerns reaching an all time high and Australian Building Codes requiring a minimum six star energy rating, quality building thermal performance and sustainability assessment has never been more important.
ABSA's highly professional Nationwide Home Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) qualified Energy Assessors are dedicated to providing quality energy assessments to meet local government building approvals for new and refitted residences, including multi-unit.
ABSA members also provide broader advice on building sustainability planning and design.
