With respective backgrounds in both furniture and the arts, ZUBU founders held an interest in the harmony between one’s space and a positive state of mind.
Following a year in which our lives have centred around the home more than ever before, ZUBU founders faced the conundrum that so many do when it came to purchasing furniture in Australia. There wasn’t anywhere to turn to between the high and low ends that reflected those aspirational interiors we are presented with across social media.
There wasn’t a store nor brand that allowed them to express their individuality without an enormous price tag. So they decided to create it themselves.
