Our physiotherapists are all very experienced having worked in both private practice and with sports teams for a number of years. The Zone 34 team have post graduate qualifications such as a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy, and have developed strong relationships with a number of sports physicians, orthopaedic surgeons and GPs.
We believe in the importance of a thorough assessment of your injury and functional ability. Your rehabilitation will be structured and progressed to allow you to return to your daily activities and chosen sport. Sessions are one to one, involving hands on treatment, accurate and reliable measurement to monitor your progress, and supervised rehabilitation.
Rehabilitation from injury should focus on what you can do, not what you can't. It might take some problem solving, but there are always exercises that are safe for you to do. Keeping fit and strong will enhance your recovery!
