Like most good stories, ours started over a beer.
We started Young Henrys in Newtown in 2012, after co-founders Oscar McMahon and Richard Adamson felt that the Australian beer scene should be more adventurous, innovative and fun.
With a small brew kit, we set about ensuring no local would every go thirsty again! Since then, we’ve grown to make beer, cider, gin and whisky and serve the people across the country.
We stand by our unwavering vision to keep things local, reduce our environmental impact and collaborate with like-minded, passionate and creative people, to help turn up the volume on diverse voices in our community.
