"我当时发现市面上的Muruku口感偏硬，不够松脆，后来我就研制改良一番。 由于我来自盛产海鲜的Pantai Remis渔村，所以就地取材，在自家的小厨房研发以新鲜海虾做为主要原料的「鲜虾条Muruku」"
蓉妈妈在经营的初期，免费赠送亲朋戚友尝试作宣传。一段时间后，很多人都觉得确实很美味，口碑就广传开去了。「鲜虾条Muruku」的人气随后一天天上升，发展成了马来西亚一家特色企业。当初的无心之作，出乎意料的俘虏了顾客的心，给了蓉妈妈很大的鼓励！
蓉妈妈的理念是以优质的食材，不添加防腐剂，坚守各项细节，以最传统的手法，将这道滋味小零食与大家分享。
为求提升质量，蓉妈妈斥资添购现代化设备，不断研发创新，让产品更卫生，品质更稳定，务求令大人小孩都吃的安心。
如今，蓉妈妈从最初的小橱房，发展成有MeSTI认证的厂房，不只能充分供应国内需求，更希望能够进军海外，成为马来西亚休闲零食的代表，让更多不同文化的人，透过这一块小零食，感受到马来西亚的特色与美。
