Disaster Map Foundation [Yayasan Peta Bencana] was established in 2017 and has been at the forefront of developing and maintaining open-source software for disaster risk reduction and climate adaptation. Over the years, Yayasan Peta Bencana has collaborated with universities, government agencies, experts, activists, researchers, first responders, and humanitarian organizations to expand the development, implementation, and adoption of climate adaptation software.

Since 2017, we have been building and maintaining one of the largest open source softwares for climate adaptation, now serving over 350 million people in South and South East Asia. We run the platforms PetaBencana.id in Indonesia, MapaKalamidad.ph in the Philippines, and AafatInfo.pk in Pakistan.
