For over 28 years, XRC Resources has achieved success in various chains of businesses. From financial institutions to money exchanges, franchised food outlets, resort hotels and restaurants, XRC Resources eventually expanded its services and responded to more demand-driven markets. With time, it evolved into a community mall developer under the umbrella of XRC Mall Developer Inc.
In 2007 and 2010, XRC Mall Developer, Inc. and Yuldalay Resources Corporation pioneered community mall development in fast-growing cities and municipalities of Rizal Province, Isabela, Tugiuegarao, Mindoro, Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan, Ilocos Sur, Albay and other parts of Luzon. These establishments were designed to bring convenience and accessibility to customers.
In 2011, AMRC Holdings Company, Inc. was established as a management company for all the community malls and in 2017 YULDALAY Holdings Corporation was established to be the parent company of the couple Alexander M. Cruz and Adelaida R. Cruz, who founded the company and has now become one of the leading community mall developers that provides jobs, business opportunities, progress and development in the countryside.
These community malls which have been fully operational for the past twenty years are being occupied by retail industry giants such as SM Savemore , Robinsons Supermarket, Puregold, National Bookstore, Watsons, Mercury Drug, Jollibee, Chowking, Mang Inasal, Shakey's Pizza, Domino's Pizza, Goldilocks Bakeshop, Red Ribbon, LBC, Western Union, Pandayan Bookshop, McDonalds, Classic Savory, Starbucks, and others.
