World Expeditions Schools (formerly known as World Youth Adventures) are committed to providing safe, rewarding & fully customised school group travel experiences that achieve real personal development for students. We aim to provide quality ground services, exceptional value, expert advice, unique itineraries and friendly service from the concept stage through to the day you return home.
Our experience in organising secondary school group adventures began in the early 1980's. Our passion is to immerse young people in foreign environments that offer unique experiences and which are bound to have profound, life changing effects.
Our philosophy is to take this a step further by involving students in a ‘hands on’ Service Learning project that will help an underprivileged community, leaving a positive and permanent benefit for the peoples of that community. Students will experience the joy of giving without the expectation of reward or reciprocation when they give their time and physical effort to those less fortunate.
Our educational adventures also teach students the important values of teamwork, building self-confidence, cultural understanding and an interest in natural environments. They will experience the world beyond mobile phones, computers and shopping malls to where the power of an adventure experience is enjoyed in all of its components.
We tailor school group expeditions or educational travel experiencess to the requirements of individual schools. We operate with high quality services and support at an extremely reasonable price. We will provide you with a fully inclusive package, without the use of local payments, ensuring that there are little to no out-of-pocket expenses once travelling.
