Hi, I'm Fiona Craig, the Founder of Women Lawyers Association.
Since leaving my life as a Corporate/M&A lawyer, I’ve spent the last 20 years+ recruiting, coaching, training and mentoring women in law.
I recently ran a survey completed by over 125 women lawyers (and counting) about the challenges they face in progressing their career.
The results are concerning.
