The Women in Energy Network (WIEN) is an energy industry initiative founded in 2022 and proudly supported by Iberdrola Australia to promote the advancement of women in the energy industry through a range of networking, knowledge sharing and leadership opportunities for industry participants.
The WIEN connects and unites people across the Australian energy industry with the common goal of ensuring a fair and just energy transition.
The WIEN events are a series featuring speakers from across the energy industry on a range of topics. Our events are held in person in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
There is no formal membership of the WIEN and events are open to a broad cross-section of professionals working within the energy industry, including those in consultancies, finance, legal, corporate and energy companies.
