Description
I am a school student that voluntarily makes rescue pouches and distributes them to wildlife carers across Australia. Animal carers across Australia, need 'joey pouches' to nurse injured or abandoned baby wildlife and young domestic animals back to health. I collect discarded material from second-hand stores. The fabric is then washed, measured, cut, sewn and transformed into a 'pouch'. The 'pouches' give comfort and warmth to the vulnerable animals in need of recovery. It also provides assistance to the people who spend so much time nursing sick and injured Australian wildlife.
