We offer online classes and workshops on mindfulness meditation and on mindfulness-based disciplines such as yoga, pilates, t’ai chi, sound healing and Reiki. Our offerings are available in synchronous and asynchronous formats for individuals and organizations wishing to bring the benefits of mindfulness-based practices to their home or to their workplace.
