At Welcome to Wellbeing, our compassionate team of Dietitians, Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinicians, and Intuitive Eating Counsellors provide nutrition counselling for women experiencing food, eating, and body image concerns including:

- Disordered Eating Patterns
- Troubled Relationship with Food/Eating

We provide a Body Inclusive, Trauma Informed, Non-Diet Approach and adopt a Health at Every Size® framework. Our holistic approach incorporates gentle nutrition, mindful and intuitive eating practices, and body image healing, all grounded in self-compassion.
We serve clients both in person at our Hornsby location and Online via Telehealth, catering to individuals not only within the Upper North Shore of Sydney but also extending our services across Australia.
