The DGA 'Eco' range of modular power plants are designed to fire biomass or waste in the size range from 1.0MWe to 12MWe units. We target waste that cannot be recycled which would otherwise end up as landfill.
Custom Designs - From 1.0 MWe power plants for rural townships to city/industry-sized 30 MWe units. Using different fuels and energy generation techniques.
DGA knows Power Plant requirements for Turbine Generators, or ORC Turbines, and knows the worlds suppliers of this Equipment.
Similarly, DGA works in various countries that have specific preferences. We can provide full turnkey or partial turnkey plants.
The DGA steam plant uses minimal water also and has a lower upfront cost with a higher operational cost. The ORC system is well suited to regional Australia or anywhere water is scarce and precious, and it has a higher upfront cost with a much lower operational cost.
DGA provides our own proprietary technology including the Vibrating Grate System (VGS™), Secondary Air System and Emissions Control.
Equipment Design - As well as designing complete renewable energy plants we design and manufacture individual components.
DGA designs and develops technology upgrades and plant extensions. Supply of specialised plant equipment and the manufacture of individual components.
Boilers – DGA is an ERK licensee and has decades of experience in designing and making boilers for gas/oil fired, industrial, maritime, biomass and waste plants.
Fit For Fuel - We design and construct energy solutions to suit all fuel types including gas, oil, coal, biomass, garbage, waste sludge or a combination of sources.
Modular Power - Our biomass and Waste to Energy facilities can be interconnected to increase energy output e.g., our 30 MWe Madrid WtE plant fed by three 12 MWe lines.
