Được thành lập từ năm 2009, Vietnam Logistics and Aviation School (VILAS) là một trong những tổ chức đầu tiên tiên phong trong việc phát triển các chương trình đào tạo Logistics và Chuỗi Cung Ứng tại Việt Nam. Thông qua sự hợp tác với tổ chức Học Viên Quản Trị Vật Liệu SIMM (Singapore), VILAS đã tổ chức thành công khóa học Quản Trị Logistics và Chuỗi Cung Ứng và đặt nền móng cho sự phát triển về đào tạo chuyên môn của 2 ngành nghề hấp dẫn này tại Việt Nam.
Sau 9 năm hoạt động, VILAS xác định rõ mục tiêu là tập trung đạo tạo và phát triển nhân lực bền vững cho ngành Logistics Việt Nam, qua đó đáp ứng nhu cầu thiếu hụt nhân lực mà ngành đang đối mặt. Đó luôn là sứ mệnh và niềm đam mê của chúng tôi kể từ khi thành lập VILAS. Bên cạnh đó VILAS cam kết đầu ra thực tập và việc làm 100% cho học viên sau khi theo học các chương trình dài hạn của VILAS, cũng như nỗ lực để giới thiệu nhân lực sau khi được đào tạo ra thị trường quốc tế.
Để thực hiện sứ mệnh này, VILAS tập trung vào 3 nhóm chương trình đào tạo chính: Dịch Vụ Vận Tải Hàng Không, Dịch Vụ Logistics và Quản Trị Chuỗi Cung Ứng. VILAS đặt mục tiêu cung cấp không chỉ kiến thức chuyên ngành mà còn kinh nghiệm thực tiễn theo tiêu chuẩn Quốc Tế, song song với việc tạo ra môi trường học tập tốt nhất để tiếp cận các giá trị trong ba lĩnh vực trên cho nguồn nhân lực Việt Nam.
