The Vocational Mental Health Practitioners Association of Australia (VMHPAA) is the national peak body dedicated to supporting, empowering, and advocating for mental health professionals with vocational qualifications — including counsellors, mental health workers, peer support workers, AOD specialists, and others with qualifications from Certificate IV to Advanced Diploma.
As the only association specifically for vocationally trained practitioners in this space, VMHPAA is committed to raising the profile and standards of practice for our members across all settings - from community-based services to private practice, rural outreach, and beyond.
