We founded VitaPoint Partners in 2021 to develop life-enriching business partnerships with our key stakeholders: Vendors, Investors, Team-Mates and Advisors.

Our firm is built on our friendship (we’ve known each other since university), our complementary skill sets, and a shared passion for novel approaches to private equity investing.

We focus on lower mid-market private equity transactions, where we see the potential to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors — while helping business owners with succession and retirement planning.

So far, we’ve completed two successful vendor transition deals with family-owned businesses. Our investors include superannuation funds, large family offices and high net-worth individuals, and we’re proud of our partnership approach and track record of helping business owners transition from executive to non-executive roles and retirement.
