Vision & Associates ("V&A"), founded by Mr. Pham Nghiem Xuan Bac and other partners, is a full-service professional firm which together with its legal arm, Vision & Associates Legal ("V&A Legal"), offers a broad range of services in the following major areas:
(i) Legal Practice (ii) Intellectual Property Practice (iii) Investment & Business Consulting Practice
The members of the Firm, who bring with them the “vision”, are committed to providing professional services to both corporate and individual clients. Our partners, associates and staff have varied legal, financial and technical backgrounds. Vision & Associates is staffed with over 100 lawyers, patent & trademark attorneys and consultants. The Firm is structured into three practice groups, namely Legal Practice, IP Practice and Consulting Practice, which work closely with one another to take advantage of combined knowledge of three practice groups in order to provide comprehensive services to clients. We serve clients in two offices, in Hanoi and in Ho Chi Minh City.
The partners’ extensive experience in the major areas of the practice, with substantial national and international contacts, allow the Firm to advise clients on a variety of domestic and international matters. The Firm’s lawyers and consultants are qualified to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
We acknowledge that people are the most important factor ensuring a company’s long term success. Therefore, Vision & Associates places special emphasis on human resources development by recruiting and training talented young lawyers and consultants. We will continue to invest in our people, so that the Firm has the ability to anticipate changes and look to the future, as our name implies.
