Victorian Alps Winery, the home of Gapsted Wines, was established in 1996 at the foothills of Australia's Victorian alps. The founders are wine industry families who shared in a passion for the region. They recognised there was an extraordinary opportunity to take advantage of the region's unique climatic conditions, which provide access to an extensive range of of grape varieties from diverse vineyard locations. This combination along with an award winning wine making team and a state of the art winery provides the opportunity to produce an extensive range of high quality regional wine varieties and styles.
