VertiLink is building the future of aviation infrastructure in New Zealand.
We are leading the development of a national vertiport network and the supporting systems that will enable next-generation transport - from medical drone logistics to future electric aircraft operations.
Our work is grounded in partnership. VertiLink collaborates with iwi, industry, researchers, government and communities to ensure advanced air mobility (AAM) solutions are practical, safe, community-centred, and designed for long-term public benefit.

In November 2025, VertiLink supported one of New Zealand’s most successful real-world demonstrations of AAM: a medical drone delivery trial between Ōmokoroa and Matakana Island. This project validated the potential of new aviation technologies to improve healthcare access for rural and isolated communities, reinforcing the national importance of building an AAM-ready infrastructure network.
As New Zealand prepares for a new era of electric and autonomous aviation, VertiLink’s role is clear - to integrate these innovations into the national transport system through future-ready vertiport infrastructure, strong partnerships, and responsible industry leadership.
VertiLink includes Māori governance perspective through Aorere Group Holdings Limited, whose founding role guides our focus on community wellbeing, intergenerational value, and responsible innovation.
