At Velca, our job is to help you achieve your goal of total wellness; so you can operate at 110%. We aim to create positive changes in peoples lives.
Our health and fitness centre in Auckland covers four key aspects of health to help provide long term solutions for acute or chronic health problems.
For the relief from back pain, joint and neck pain and to restore joint mobility we start with chiropractic treatment. Physiotherapy treatment provides post-injury care as well as sport, work and performance care.
Therapeutic massage promotes relaxation and the healing process, reducing muscle pain and maintaining health.
Once your body is ready we then work towards strengthening areas to get on top of old habits and reoccurrence of old problems as well as achieving your goals of fitness and health.

We don’t want you coming back for unnecessary visits with no real end in sight. When you visit our health centre, we work to make sure you are healthy and free from pain as quickly as possible.
We build long term relationships with our clients, helping them maintain a high level of fitness and well-being. You can expect us to be honest, give you straight-forward, easy to follow advice, and help you stay motivated towards achieving your wellness goals.
