Unit Pengembangan Kualitas Manusia (UPKM) adalah lembaga layanan jasa psikologi Fakultas Psikologi, Universitas Gadjah Mada yang dibentuk pada tahun 1981 dengan nama Biro Testing. Pada tahun 2001 semula bernama Biro Testing kemudian berubah nama menjadi Lembaga Pengembangan Kualitas Manusia (LPKM). Pada tahun 2019 dari LPKM kembali berubah nama menjadi Unit Pengembangan Kualitas Manusia (UPKM) hingga saat ini, sehingga UPKM merupakan pengembangan dari lembaga yang telah dibentuk sebelumnya dengan diversifikasi pada bidang jasa layanan.
UPKM menjadi sebuah lembaga yang berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) Indonesia yang mengusung visi menjadi lembaga layanan psikologis yang mampu menciptakan SDM Indonesia yang memiliki kematangan psikologis, keunggulan kompetitif, berdaya guna bagi lingkungan kerja dan masyarakat pada umumnya.
Berpegang teguh pada semboyan “INTEGRITAS DALAM KUALITAS”, UPKM senantiasa menjunjung tinggi integritas dan objektivitas dalam kualitas layanan.
