Description
Established in 1999, University Peer Group (UPG) started off by forming its own administration and has since become one of the more prominent clubs in Multimedia University (MMU) to this day.
UPG, under one big group identified as the ‘Peers Group’ stands by the motto, To Unite, To Develop, To Give. Today, we continue ‘To Unite’ students of the Multimedia University whereby we create activities and events that encourage active participation and collaborations among students from all walks of life.
We believe in our ability ‘To Develop’ students and our committees with tangible and intangible skills acquired outside of a classroom setting. With our activities and events, we prepare the committees with extensive event management and leadership skills. Participants of our activities, will have a platform to actively connect with people and have fun while they’re at it.
UPG also recognizes the power of giving which goes to the general public/ society out there whom we are part of. It is only right that we too contribute to the betterment of society in various areas.
A medium for students’ self-development before stepping into the working world, a platform for UPG committees to become leaders of the future, and an avenue to play a part in improving society as a whole - University Peer Group truly is a versatile club.
