The UP Economics Society (UP ECOSOC) is a non-stock, non-profit, socio-civic student organization based in UP School of Economics.
We strive to promote economic understanding as a step towards change and development in Philippine society by moulding our members into holistic individuals that shall mobilise the students of the University to share this task.
Founded by a group of honour students of the College of Business Administration in 1958, UP ECOSOC is one of the largest and most respected organisations in the university, embarking on various undertakings that realise its role as prime movers of youth dynamism.
UP Economics Society also assists high school and college scholars through the Economics Society Scholarship Program (ESSP).
