Description

We make kickass productions!

The UP Broadcasting Association, or UP Broad Ass for short, is a non-stock, non-profit student organization, creatives house, and membership development org, with the goal of instilling the values and skills tomorrow's media practitioners will need in their field, by making video productions and mounting pertinent events. Through our projects, we aim to inspire and involve the youth in social action.

We are based in the College of Mass Communication, UP Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. Since our founding in 1968, Broad Ass has joined the ranks of the most prominent organizations in the university, having produced illustrious names in all kinds of industries. Some of our alumni include Loren Legarda, Maryo J. Delos Reyes, Ogie Alcasid, Mariz Umali, Nina Corpuz, Rory Quintos, Carlo Lorenzo, Chico Garcia, Sunshine Kim, Nina Corpuz, Athena Imperial, Raz de la Torre, and Adrian Ayalin, among many others.
