UP Radio Circle (UPRC) is a student media organization founded on July 22, 2005 and grounded in the values of relevance and competency in service of students and communities within and beyond the University of the Philippines Diliman.

To this day, its members continue to uphold the organization’s values through its substantial programs, outreach involvement, events, and growing roster of projects.

Coming from a diverse membership pool, we promote the responsible use of radio and other related media as tools for the promotion of media education and awareness. Ultimately, we envision a society that is well-informed, critical, proactive, and dynamic through radio and other related media.
