PWC Property Works was established in 2014, initially offering maintenance services to homes in the ACT. During this period, our team discovered consistent unresolved defects in buildings stemming from their original construction.

As a result, our team expanded, enabling us to undertake complex remediation projects in commercial and multi-residential buildings.

From these beginnings Unique Project Group was born.
