At Umbrellus, we’re designing the next generation of regenerative infrastructure — rooted in care for land, community, and material innovation.
Using living mycelium and agricultural byproducts, we create biodegradable trellises, modular canopy systems, and sculptural lighting that are grown, not manufactured. Our systems are designed to restore ecosystems, reduce waste, and offer elegant, climate-ready alternatives to extractive infrastructure.
From vineyards and farms to urban spaces and hospitality environments, our solutions adapt to place — modular, breathable, and powered by nature. Each design integrates features like natural ventilation, solar lighting, and cradle-to-cradle material lifecycles.
In partnership with RMIT University, we’re advancing scientific research and real-world applications across multiple sectors — with recent support from LaunchVic’s 2025 CivVic Labs to accelerate circular agriculture.
