Description
Recognising the difficult and demanding work that youth and community workers do we created a boutique specialist Employee Wellbeing service specifically to deal with the issues present in youth and community workers. Our team are all veterans of the youth sector who have gone on to train as social workers, counsellors and psychologists. Our team have worked in out of home care, youth mental health, residential services and youth AOD services to name a few. We know the struggles that come with working in the tertiary end of the youth sector.
