Description

We are a well-established, welcoming, and multi-faceted yoga and reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Hobart, Tasmania. We offer a full timetable of yoga classes including heated and non-heated yoga classes as well as Pilates classes, yoga teacher training, events/workshops and room hire of our beautiful spaces.

Our studio offers a sense of community and support to students. We celebrate individuality and acceptance, and understanding is at the core of our approach to teaching yoga and Pilates.

We are one of the largest yoga and Pilates studios in Tasmania, but more than that – our business is run on our core values – our guiding principles in all that we do. We value service: of others, ourselves, and our community. We value inspiration: with inspired teachers and inspired students. We are real. There is no BS here. We value belonging: this space welcomes you home, in space, body and mind. We create offerings that have embodiment at their very core and above all else – connection with self, others and the community bring our movement journey to life.

We support exploration and growth through healthy movement and mindset. In our classes, we encourage a sense of fun and playfulness and foster creativity in all its forms. We want our students to move to the sound of their own drum and we provide the structure and space for them to do just that in our heated, flow and Pilates rooms.
