Uconnex Community Services is a Registered NDIS Approved Provider dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages with their disabilities across Victoria, New South Wales, and South Australia.

A Journey of Growth and Empowerment

Established in 2021, Uconnex began by offering essential, person-centered in-home care services and Support Coordination Services. Our initial focus was on providing daily care that not only assisted individuals with their immediate needs but also helped them to grow and develop.

Today, we are proud to have grown into a dynamic and diverse organisation, continuously expanding our services to meet the evolving needs of the NDIS community. Our team is hard at work providing disability support services that align with all state and Commonwealth Government regulations.

To better serve our participants, Uconnex has significantly expanded its footprint and service offerings. We now operate across Victoria, New South Wales, and South Australia, offering a wide range of Support Coordination and accommodation services.

We manage 50+ accommodation properties tailored to specific NDIS needs, ensuring you have a supportive and safe place to call home. Our accommodation options include:

• Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes
• Short Term Accommodation (STA)
• Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) housing
