U-PORT MANAGEMENT SDN BHD was incorporated in year 2000, however only starts commencement of business in year 2004 as heavy machinery & equipment providers. We were on 2 years contract with Sabah Port Authority to provide them equipment and to support their containers handling at Kota Kinabalu Port for handling of inbound & outbound containers services.
On Year 2006, we further expand our business by successful getting a tender bid for 2 years contract with Maskargo Sdn Bhd to provide ground handling services at Kota Kinabalu Airport Terminal. Services have been operating until 2014.
The company is one step forward in year 2008 by making a vast move to involve in containers depot services which has been now our main core business.
Our Inland Container Depot (ICD) is one of among the best depot in Kota Kinabalu which provide highest quality of services with improved and acceptable ICD standard. We are strategically located at Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park area, which occupying about 18 acres of land area and is able to accommodate around 6,000 TEU in any one time. We also have the latest & best equipped infrastructure & facilities for stacking, storing & putting of your containers on a proper ground area (Cement/Concrete slab for 40ft / Tar premix for 20ft containers) and handling with sufficient & adequate equipment & machinery (High Reach Empty Stacker for 40ft / Forklift for 20ft containers) to minimize or reduce chances of damaging to containers.
In term of charges we quote for our services is the much more value added to our customers & competitive in this market in comparisons of quality level & overall standard we offer at our ICD which is our company strength in deriving a reasonable pricing to even serve our customers better & quality services is our priority to win our customers heart of satisfactory.
