U Hotel Group is a boutique hotel company founded in 2018. We exist to serve the needs of boutique hotels, motels, hostels and vacation rentals in all facets of distribution management, sales and revenue management, efficiency planning, consultancy, housekeeping services and profit generation.
Our hotels are all based in Wellington, New Zealand and provide top of the line services with many ranked in the top tier on TripAdvisor and other review platforms. With a versatile selection of accommodation options, travelers can choose from staying at a motel style accommodation, serviced apartments or independently hosted apartments to the best boutique hotels in the city and beyond. Our unique style of lodgings will cater to the interests of business travelers, group travel, backpackers and we are pet friendly in many of our properties, each offering different services and accommodation options to address the specific needs of the traveler. With everything from budget accommodation to luxury accommodation in Wellington, travelers can benefit from our exceptional services.
We are a group of professionals with over 40 years of experience working mainly in large Hotel chains Internationally in all facets of the hotel and hospitality Industry. Our passion is to help Independent hoteliers be extremely successful in managing the administrative and back of house challenges by making it easy for the owner.
Being boutique by nature we have competent staff at each location who are passionate about their jobs and ensure all guests leave with a smile on their face. Our guests are independent, worldly and technology savvy. They expect a unique hotel experience tailored to their needs whether on business, exploring the city or discovering new adventures. We make their experience of our city better by providing a place to rest and relax at the end of a busy day. It’s all about U!
